1. How do I know I’ll get paid on time every month, even if the property is empty?
We sign a legally binding contract that guarantees your rent every month, regardless of whether the property is occupied. You receive a fixed payment on time, every time—no voids, no missed payments, no stress.

2. Who is responsible for property maintenance and repairs?
We handle all minor maintenance and tenant-related issues at no extra cost to you. You remain responsible for major structural repairs (as you would with a traditional letting), but our proactive monthly clean reduces wear and tear, keeping your property in excellent condition.

3. What happens if tenants don’t pay rent or cause damage?
Unlike a traditional letting, we become your tenant, so you never deal with rent collection or tenant issues. All occupants are vetted as we aim to maintain the property to high standards, ensuring minimal risk of damage. If any issues arise, we take responsibility and cover costs within our agreement*.

4. Can I still sell or take back my property if needed?
Yes. If you decide to sell, we can continue managing the property for the new owner, making it an attractive investment. If you need to take back the property, we agree on clear notice periods upfront, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition.

5. How do I know I can trust your company with my property?
We have a proven track record, work with reputable landlords, and can provide references from property owners who already benefit from our service. Our agreements are transparent, and we prioritise protecting your property while maximising your returns.
